If I could give 0 stars I would. First impressions are everything. I ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery to Teasers Bar and Grille and was told it would be 45 mins. After an hour and a half, starving to death and a type 1 diabetic girlfriend ready to keel over, I decided I would call and complain. I was told that it was delivered and paid for. I said that I hadn't received any food and hadn't given anyone any money. The rude girl on the phone said that the driver was given $40 for $21 in food. They never asked for my name on the phone and the driver didn't step into the bar. Obviously with no name and someone offering you $40 for a $20 order, the driver is gonna take it, but shouldn't to be a little suspicious? They said they could redo the order but it would be another 45 mins. I said no thanks and hung up. I will never order from you guys again.

They gave me poor service more than once. The last straw was a hair in my pizza. When I called to complain, they complained about me to the others in the restaurant while I was on the line still able to hear.

Here's my criteria for late night pizza joints: Hot pie and good service. Living right down the road from Fratelli's, I had been hooked on Geno's and had unpleasant experiences with Bridge Street Pizza. After a co-worker or two recommended it, we gave it a shot 3 times over the last couple months. My girlfriend and I ordered pizza, usually late night, starting with the Chicago style, then a regular crust, and finally last week the thin crust, all for delivery. The pie was delivered hot, the ingredients were fresh. The price was good. The pizza was delicious. At 2:30 in the morning, in Grand Rapids.

The pizza here has recently become a dinner staple for our Friday's! We always get delivery, and have had nothing but great service! The pizza is cooked perfect every time! And the prices are right!

We are on a search for the best pizza delivery on the NW side. Tonight we tried Fratelli's Pizza on Bridge St. . I knew it had reputation for being a late-nite standby but I was interested in how it help up during the dinner rush. We ordered a large sausage, mushroom and artichoke, a small cheese and an order of cheese bread sticks. They said delivery would be about an hour but it ended up only taking 40 minutes which was a nice surprise. The driver was friendly and courteous. The good: The first bite told me I think we had finally found what we were looking for. The crust was perfectly crisp yet tender, plenty of cheese, fresh mushrooms, wonderfully seasoned sausage. You could taste each ingredient and it was wonderful. The cheesy bread sticks were little glorious heart attacks but so good, light and fluffy by weighted down by generous amounts of cheese and not too garlicky. our kids inhaled their cheese pizza. The meh: the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that I felt that the topping coverage could be a little more generous. At one of the higher price points we've tried I want fat chunks of artichokes not occasional leaves, no matter how delicious. The disappointing: nothing. It was really, really good. We are all full and happy. Winner winner Chicken Dinner. Thank you Fratelli's you came through for us!

We were staying downtown GR & looking for a non-chain pizza place that would deliver after 10pm. They told us it would be an hour, but the guy came within 20min - and directly to our hotel room! We had the meat lovers pizza . It was pretty good - especially the ham. But the bread rolls/knots were my favorite! Loved to dip every single one of them in the parmesan & oil/butter sauce.

Called and ordered a pizza late at night but it was never delivered.... Never received a notice that my order was cancelled. Horrible service. No idea how the pizza is because I never had a chance to try it

Disclaimer: My review is going to be clearly biased because I come from Chicago, the land of epic pizza. But I also think this makes me a decent judge of pizza since I have had a thousand different kinds from a thousand different restaurants. This pizza had that same greasy cheap quality you would find from a dominos or papa johns. I was just not impressed at all. While it was nice of them to deliver so late at night, that is really nothing special.

Favorite pizza in town. The Chicago style is awesome. The breadsticks are one of the least healthy things I have ever seen but they are amazing and highly recommended.

Full disclosure: I have only eaten their pizza at night, usually after 10pm. I'm sure the pizza is equally good in the light of day, but this late night hotspot is a favorite of mine when I find myself on the West Side, usually at one of the Bridge Street bars. Sold by the slice, or when you and 9 friends need nourishment, by the whole pie. They have a rotating selection of pizzas' available when you stop in but if you have the time, they will make yours to order. I have never been disapointed with their sausage or pepperoni slices. There is a small, clean, well-lit eatery inside but typically you'll find people spilled out onto the sidewalk, munching down.

I have eaten here several times in the last six months and each time I have found it to be just as delicious as the time before. They have both specialty pizzas (my personal favorite) and a regular create your own full menu. I think they have excellent pizza and bread sticks (actually more like garlic knots - but super delicious nonetheless). My picky teen even thought it was great. One to try is the Original Sicilian pizza - very good. I will definitely order from them again.

okay, so this is not the best pizza in the world and the girl working there was a complete moron. they deliver until like 3am, and it's 100s of times better than any other late-late night pizza. they'll give me spinach, which is always a bonus. they also gave me feta, so overall a pretty decent late night pizza. the bread sticks (which are not sticks but little dough balls) are pretty awesome, they're greasy but really good. in fact, writing this review made me want to order some! they deserve 4 stars for being open so late and offering me a fairly decent pizza, but if it's before 11pm, i'd suggest going elsewhere. that is, unless you're only ordering bread sticks, those things are good! oh, and the dude who gave this place a one star likes Mr Pizza.... which is the WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!! compared to a butt cheek, literally, by another reviewer. the reviews for fratellis vs mr pizza is what tricked me into buying a mr pizza pizza in the first place and it was GROSS. Seriously, if it's late and you're down to Mr Pizza or Fratellis, pick Fratellis! Update:: so, when i was writing this review i couldn't stop dreaming about those bread sticks and we ordered some the next day, super greasy but SOOOO GOOD! a little while later my brother, who is a vegetarian/GMO free/SUPER HEALTHY eater, was in town and wanted a pizza. since it was late we recommended this place, he put together the BEST PIZZA EVER! artichoke hearts, green olives, fresh mushrooms, roasted garlic, and spinach. it's so good, we've ordered it again since then. and now might be my favorite pizza in grand rapids. thus, changing my original rating of four stars to five stars. just don't forget to ask for the garlic butter crust, most pizza places put butter on their crust without you asking. this place doesn't, but it's no extra charge. oh, and, there's no extra charge for the artichoke hearts, feta or roast garlic, which are often special items on many other pizza menus. this place is great!

Such great pizza, and good prices. Their alfredo pizza is great, but so are all of them really.

Excellent pizza and breadstix!! We ordered late night delivery while staying at the Holiday Inn and they delivered quick and food was hot and awesome. Leftovers for the next day too. Yum! Cannot wait to order again.

This has been the worst experience ever! I would never order pizza from them again, I never received the pizza but my credit card was charged anyways! After calling the bank and them back and forth I finally called to see if I could get a copy of my receipt and they said no it was confidential, so I asked if it was signed and they said YES! I never received anything so someone fraudulently signed my credit card and never delivered my food I ordered. So if you want to be billed for food you never received, order from them.

If you are in town looking for a great pizza, you have to try Fratelli's. Their crust is perfectly chewy , not greasy, or too thick or thin. The sauce is homemade and the right amount of ingredients is added to the top. The "bread sticks" are swimming in olive oil and Parmesan cheese just the way they should be. They have been around for ever and I think the only reason their stars are low is that the customers "regulars" aren't yelp friendly yet! Give them a try and yelp about it please!!

The first time we ordered a pizza it was one of the huge 24 inch ones (my husband just had to have it!), we ordered around 8 and it took 2 hours to deliver! Ridiculous by any delivery standard (and this was a week night). But the amount of toppings was awesome and the pizza was so good we didn't mind eating it all week. We ordered a second time and went with a regular 16 inch and 'bread sticks'. The delivery time was much better but the amount of toppings was pathetic this time, I felt so jipped, but the bread sticks were sooo good we said we'd give it another go. This time we ordered the 24 inch yet again, hoping the amount of toppings would be remedied, and while it wasn't as bad as the second time it was no where near the first. Defeated and deflated my husband and I decided one more try with a 14 inch, and of course the awesome bread sticks, even asking on the phone to make sure there was plenty of broccoli (my favorite) and lo and behold when we opened the box, skimped again on toppings. It's to bad we're going to have to pour our staple pizza money into some place else, Fratelli's had promise.

Fratelli's Pizza (formerly known as Russo's) is the best pizza in Grand Rapids in my opinion. Better yet, they have a 1 topping 14inch pizza for $6 (but you can only get the deal if you pick it up). The shop is located across the street from Monte's and they're open late (so you can hit it up after a night out). Highly recommended.

Solid pie. I had a typical P&S slice. Slices could be bigger

We always like to support local businesses, and we had high hopes for Fratelli's. Let us start by saying this pizza isn't terrible. If it's this or a "fast food" chain like Dominoes, pick Fratelli's. But there were aspects of our order that we found disappointing. First, we ordered a mushroom pizza. We like our pizza on the golden brown side, but this pizza was undercooked by anyone's standards. There was a layer of raw dough between the bottom of the crust and the toppings. Speaking of toppings, we were surprised and dismayed to discover the mushrooms were canned - something you don't see on better pizza these days. Even for canned mushrooms, these were gross. They were cut very thick which emphasized the canned taste in an unpleasant way. The sauce was headed in the right direction and could be really improved with better quality ingredients. Right now it's flavored by what appears to be "parmesan" cheese of the shaky can variety, which lends the sauce an off, processed flavor. In addition to our pizza, we ordered bread sticks, which are actually fun little doughnut-hole sized single bites. They are soft and actually really good. Our only complaint is that they were swimming in a standing half-inch of butter, and they really didn't need to be. $13 for a 12" pizza and breadsticks isn't bad, but unless Fratelli's makes improvements to their quality and freshness, we don't see ourselves becoming regulars.
